Bridging Literacy & Belonging - A Re-Imagined School Focus

We wonder:
- What is the connection between student engagement, learning, and a sense of belonging?
- How might students' literacy competencies lead to a sense of belonging at school?
- What is the role of adults in influencing student learning and engagement?
- How might we nurture students' sense of belonging through connected learning experiences and intentional planning for instruction?
Based on the data collected, our refined/re-imagined School Learning Story focus will be: increasing engagement in learning and deepening thinking through connected literacy experiences
