Hi Class Parents,

How is your division's contact list coming along?

Last Friday was the deadline I included in the form, thus, I doubt you will be getting any more forms in the PAC tray. 

Please go ahead and create your class group email and send an email out to your class with the list of participating parents.  You may include your division teacher in the list with his/her consent.

If you do not have the entire class's participation, you could approach the guardians that have not handed in their contact form personally or you could enlist the help of your teacher.  I suggest you give the teacher a list of students who has yet to return their forms and the teacher can ask the students to remind their parents.  For the little ones, maybe the teachers can leave a note in their agendas.

Ms. Latu is still asking for 8 parent volunteers to help with the HUB Cycle program.  I will send you more info as I receive it.
