Track Meet Updates for Families
In preparation for our Zone Track Meet at Minoru Field for this Thursday, May 16th, there are a few pieces of
information that we would like to share with families:
1. We are needing a few parent volunteers to help out at the track meet with
such tasks as meeting students at the drop off area and walking them to the
stands, helping students locate the washrooms, supporting staff at the
softball throw station, etc. If you interested in volunteering and have the
time, please let Mr. Daum know at cdaum@sd38.bc.ca
2. Thank you to all of our families who have a child attending the track meet for
returning both the permission form and transportation form. For our parents who are able to drive
students to and from the meet, you will receive information from your child’s teacher about which
students you will be taking early next week. We really appreciate your willingness to help transport our
students.
