Pink Shirt Day

It was great to see so many people in our community wearing pink this past Wednesday for Pink Shirt Day. Students in the school participated in a school wide activity where we talked about the importance of Caring for Others in our school and reflected upon what we can do everyday to make sure that everyone feels safe and included here in our school. Students designed a hand and reflected upon a way in which they can Care for Others. Their designs are unique and powerful and will look amazing as part of our whole school display that will be in our main hallways. Families are welcome to come into the school to have a look at the display once it is completed early next week.
