Meeting began at 6:35pm.

Food Days:

• Pizza day every Wednesday 
• Alternating Food day every Thursday
• Possible extra day (Tuesday?) for next year

Fundraising Update:

• Wowk logo tote bags $5 each (will be at book fair), if not all sold out at book fair, then it will be made available on Munch

Dance Program:

• Weeklong dance program for all students on the week of March 6th
• Presentation will be on March 10th

PAC Subcommittees:

Examples of PAC subcommittees are

• Website Committee 

• Outdoor Ed
• Grad Committee 
• All PAC subcommittees operate under the umbrella of PAC.  The attached document lays out the guidelines on how subcommittees need to operate by.  
• Subcommittees must consult and report to PAC exec team
• These guidelines should be revisited each year to educate new and existing volunteers

Mr. Daum’s Report:

• School language - “Wowk Care” - care for yourself, care for others, care for our community 
• Pink Shirt Day: decorations around the school to show how the kids care for others
• Outdoor Ed: 
  • Take a WaterSafe course for swimming to participate kayak/canoe.  An equivalent certificate is available for Red Cross 5 swimmers.
  • Thursday at 4:45pm there will be an info night to answer any questions 
  • Outdoor Ed takes place every two years. 
  • Transportation may be Coach buses to camp and district buses back
• Illumi Dance (LED dance) Presentation Thursday for the whole school
• Greg Kennedy - Fine Arts performer is invited to perform in April
• Basketball - Thank you Mr. Angman for coaching and being involved with both boy and girl teams.  Thank you also to Mr. Daum for taking the time to lead practices and be involved in coaching the basketball team.
• Student Led Conference format is well received.  Parents/guardians reminded that teachers can also accommodate more private dialogue upon request.
• Computer room is all done and ready to be used.  This new a new open space without all the computers and tables.
• Report cards will be available online on March 9th on Parent MyEd Portal
• Enjoy your Spring Break
