Welcome and Introductions:

• Alaric welcomed all the parents to PAC AGM meeting

Adopt April Minutes & May 2022 Agenda by Amelia, Mabel and Belle
 

Financial Report by Jon:

• $30,000 in general account with some outstanding expenses like classroom allocations and pre-paid food days not yet incurred.  Balance of $8,000 in gaming account not including anticipated expense of around $3600 for the Ultimate program ($38,000 in total)
• We are now back in the pre-pandemic position in terms of our balance sheet.

PAC Position for the upcoming year:

• Members at Large: Yanny, Belle, Mabel
• Secretary: Amelia
• Treasurer: Jon
• Chair: Alaric

Food days:

• sushi, pizza, chicken, teriyaki
• May include Fridays next year
• Jessica will continue helping with Munch/Admin items (she has access to Munch)

Mural Celebration & Teacher Appreciation were successful

Sports Day: 

• June 10th Friday
• Food truck will arrive at 11am
• Preorder thru Munch, walk up is available but will be more expensive 
• PAC will provide freezies/popsicles 
• If it rains, it will be Monday but food will still be distributed to students 

Yearbook:

• Can be organized by volunteers to put together for next year

Grad Committee:

• Eva (Gavin’s mom)

Mr. Daum’s Report:

• Track Meet was a success
• Sports Day: start with Bike parade around the track, then will split into teams for different games at different stations, then tugawar at the end before dismissal at 1:30pm
• Staff Appreciation Lunch
• Welcome Kindergarten two weeks ago with about 20 new kids
• Mural Celebration 
• Elevate Ultimate
• Scholastic Book Fair : June 6 , 8 , 10 before school, after school and on sports day
• Wowk & Steveston London joint Band Concert is on June 16 and Wowk Band Concert is June 23
• Third term report cards will be available June 28 through parent portal
• Gr7 Farewell will be June 24
• Farewell Assembly will be June 29
