Meeting began at 9:00am

Welcome and Introductions:

• Lisa welcomed everyone to the meeting and a sign-up sheet was passed around
• Approval of Today’s Meeting Agenda:  all in favor, approved

Chinese New Year Celebration

PAC hosted a school-wide snack party event.  Over two dozen volunteers came to help serve food in a wonderful community event.

PAC Sponsored Art Lessons

PAC has invited Languare Arts Base to provide arts lessons in painting and calligraphy to all divisions.  

Child Minding Fundraiser for Outdoor Ed

Valentine’s Day chld minding service was well attended with volunteers from grade 6 and 7 helping to supervise and event.  Pizza and juice boxes were served as the kids enjoyed a movie and games in the gym.

• Aboriginal Dance following spring break

Administrative Report (Ms. Rooney):

• Outdoor classroom construction still on queue with the distrct.  Arch and log seating slated for end of June
• Mike Charleton invited to speak about district emergency prepardness  
• Parking lot traffic and safety during pick up and drop off addressed.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:28 am with Lisa  making the motion. Alaric second. All in favor.
